Cerimon Pharmaceutical’s pipeline is comprised of drugs that are currently not available in North America but marketed in other countries, and marketed drugs that Cerimon seeks to develop for new disease indications. Because the Company’s lead products already have been used in thousands of patients, their safety and initial efficacy profiles are well documented, and therefore, Cerimon’s development risk is lowered compared to companies with earlier stage compounds.
